WORKSHOP SUMMARY
People in business today need to be more assertive in order to make a more valuable impact on others and on their organizations. Managing difficult conversations is an essential skill that can be used to develop people or to achieve specific organizational outcomes. Sometimes “No” can be a good answer to move towards results more quickly.
Maintaining our composure when we are under pressure can be seen by senior management as an indicator of having “the right stuff” `to moving up in an organization.
